What's New in Gen 2 The DF83 Gen 2 introduces four precision guide posts and four springs to maintain exact alignment between upper and lower burrs — delivering more consistent grind particle distribution shot after shot. A polished aluminum stepless adjustment collar with removable dial indicator rounds out the refinements, giving the Gen 2 a more premium look and feel than its predecessor.
