Refund & Return Policy
At Barista Supply Shop we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return items must be:
- In like-new condition — minimally used, thoroughly cleaned
- Free of coffee grounds, water, milk residue, scratches, dents, or stains
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at support@baristasupplyshop.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item cleaned and repackaged. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable, insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx insured for the full purchase value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Fees Items returned in clean like-new condition will not incur a restocking fee. Items returned in poor condition, incomplete, or improperly packaged may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on condition upon inspection.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible at support@baristasupplyshop.com. A 3% processing fee applies to cancellations on orders over $300. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Accessories, parts, and consumables including filters and cleaning supplies
- Open box or clearance items
- Customized or modified items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Bundles that have been partially used
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@baristasupplyshop.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a prepaid return label and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card company to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Holiday Returns Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for returns through January 31 of the following year.
