At Barista Supply Shop we are committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Preorder items ship once inventory arrives — estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. Processing times may vary during high volume periods.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all espresso machines, grinders, and electrical brewing equipment to the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders under $100 or select oversized commercial equipment.

Shipping Timeframes Standard ground shipping typically takes 2-7 business days after processing depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors including weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your confirmation email.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses. If you are using PayPal, Apple Pay, or another payment system please verify the shipping address before completing your order.

Carrier Selection We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location, order size, and product type. We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for your order.

Package Inspection Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@baristasupplyshop.com. Retain all original packaging as it may be needed for carrier claims.

Porch Piracy & Theft We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you live in a high theft area please contact us before your order ships to request signature required delivery.

Signature Requirements Signature upon delivery may be required for high value orders. If you would like to request signature required delivery contact us at support@baristasupplyshop.com before your order ships.

Preorders Preorder items are charged at the time of order. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page and are subject to change due to factors outside our control including customs clearance and freight delays. We will communicate any significant changes to your estimated ship date.

Alaska & Hawaii Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Contact us for a quote before placing your order.
