Brew Boiler + Thermoblock Technology The Legato V2 uses a dedicated 550ml stainless steel brew boiler for consistent extraction temperature and a separate thermoblock for rapid steam generation. This means you can pull a shot and steam milk without waiting — a significant advantage over single boiler machines that require a heat-up cycle between brewing and steaming.
Dual PID Temperature Control Independent PID controllers for both the brew boiler and steam thermoblock let you dial in your exact brewing temperature between 85–102°C and control steam temperature separately. The PID display doubles as a shot timer for precise, repeatable extractions every time.
Fully Adjustable Preinfusion The programmable preinfusion system gently saturates coffee grounds before full extraction begins, promoting even extraction and a richer, more balanced shot. Both preinfusion time and preinfusion delay are fully adjustable to suit your beans and taste preferences.
Professional 58mm Portafilter The standard 58mm stainless steel portafilter is compatible with a wide range of aftermarket baskets, tampers, and accessories — giving you room to grow and experiment as your skills develop.
Adjustable OPV The adjustable over-pressure valve lets you dial in your pump pressure for optimal extraction, a feature typically found on machines at significantly higher price points.
Built for Daily Use Rapid heating in approximately 5 minutes gets you brewing quickly. The removable drip tray, cup warming plate, stainless steel steam nozzle, and 1.7L detachable water reservoir make daily use and maintenance straightforward and convenient.
